Who We Are
At Liberty City Liquors, we ship premium wines and spirits to addresses across the United States, delivering quality bottles right to your doorstep.
Age Verification & Delivery
All orders must be placed by customers who are 21 years of age or older. A valid, government-issued ID and an adult signature (21+) are required at the time of delivery. Carriers will not release packages to underage recipients or leave them without a qualifying signature.
We ship to all U.S. states. Where local regulations do not allow home delivery, we will arrange for your order to be sent to a nearby eligible liquor store for convenient pickup.
Address Accuracy & Cancellations
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Cancellations resulting from address issues may also incur a 10% processing fee.
Order & Product Details
Unless otherwise noted, all bottles listed on Liberty City Liquors are 750ml, in stock, and ready to ship. All sales are final. Orders canceled before they have shipped may be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Shipping & Weather Conditions
We do not recommend ground shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations can damage the product (e.g., heat in summer or freezing in winter). Liberty City Liquors is not liable for any product damage caused by weather or temperature conditions during transit. Upon request, we can hold your order until weather conditions improve.
We do not ship alcoholic beverages over 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol. Alcohol under 24% ABV is not subject to hazardous materials restrictions, but products over 24% ABV cannot be shipped by air.
Order Processing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Order confirmations are typically sent within 3 business days of purchase, and most shipments leave our facility within 8 business days. During holidays and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options: a full refund or the choice to wait for the item to be restocked (generally up to 5 business days).
Packaging & Damaged Shipments
All orders are packed in secure, specialized shipping materials to help protect your bottles in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and include clear photos of the damage. Refunds may be issued once the damaged items are returned.
Minor seepage or small leaks are not covered under our damage policy; however, we will work with you to address any significant issues with your shipment.
Weather Liability Disclaimer
Liberty City Liquors cannot be held responsible for damage caused by weather or temperature conditions while your order is in transit.
