Refund and Returns Policy
At Liberty City Liquors, your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to help.
Refund Eligibility
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the affected items. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product(s), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item or provide a refund.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
- Gift cards or complimentary/promotional items
How to Request a Refund
1. Contact Us
Email sales@libertycityliquors.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will send you instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Review your bank or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary
